Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins. This class is ideal for students 16 years and above.Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class to check in and complete your Training Health ParQ questionnaire.Wear comfortable training clothes, bring water and bring a pair of sliders if you have them.For Muay Thai sessions, please bring boxing gloves if you have them.

It’s Not Just About Self Defence!Using martial arts as a framework, children’s martial arts classes offer kids an educational programme that can complement their school education.We teach our Tiny Champs the art of -  Muay Thai (classes are on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday only) For your trial class on the specified day you have, arrive 10 minutes earlier to complete the Health ParQ - please wear comfortable training clothing and bring some water.Children will learn transferable, help them acquire skills that can be transferred into school to help them achieve their goals academically.So while they’re learning martial arts, they’re actually learning valuable and transferable life skills that can help them during their childhood and even later on in adult life.Tailored Learning, Designed For Specific Age GroupsMartial Arts schools will typically offer classes tailored for specific age groups. These are designed to be inclusive so that children of all ages and ability can learn and benefit.For younger children, martial arts programmes will focus on helping them develop their coordination, balance and fitness while teaching life skills that include goal setting, concentration, social skills and many more.Older children who have been training for a while, will learn more advanced martial arts techniques. They’ll not only improve their skill levels, but will steadily improve their overall fitness levels as they build up strength and improve their athleticism.

Voorafgaand aan de behandeling nemen wij zorgvuldig een intake af met wat jij als klant kunt verwachten. U vult een toestemmingsformulier en medische vragenlijst in zodat we alle medische informatie hebben die nodig is vooraleer we de behandeling kunnen inplannen. Vervolgens bekijken we de huidige staat van de wenkbrauwen en bespreken we jouw wensen qua kleur, dikte, vorm en onze techniek voor de gewenste pmu behandeling.We desinfecteren de wenkbrauwen en beginnen daarna met het afmeten en aftekenen van je wenkbrauwen. Dit doen we zorgvuldig en we nemen de tijd hiervoor.Met akkoord kunnen we dan de gewenste pmu behandeling inplannen op een dag dat voor u het beste past. Op de dag van uw geplande pmu behandeling zullen we met alle zorg de wenkbrauwen nog eens afmeten, aftekenen en shapen naar de perfecte vorm, zodat ze in topvorm zitten zodra we de pmu aanbrengen.U krijgt op het einde van de consultatie van ons ook een pre-procedure formulier mee naar huis zodat u als klant weet wat de richtlijnen zijn in aanloop naar uw pmu behandeling.*zonder consultatie wordt er geen pmu behandeling ingepland.

Behandeling waarbij vorm en kleur van je brows weer wordt opgefrist. Enkel voor clienten die hun eerste zetting ook bij Skin Deep hebben laten doen en binnen 18 maanden vanaf datum van eerste behandeling(!) terugkomen voor de kleuropfrissing. Om je afspraak definitief in te plannen dient een deposit/voorschot betaald te worden. Dit bedrag wordt in mindering gebracht op de dag van de behandeling.
