If you are not a current patient here, please book an appointment for a Functional Vision Evaluation to determine if you are a suitable candidate for Vision Therapy. 

Select this option for children aged one to 14 years. Tests are conducted according to the child’s age and cognitive levels. Vision is assessed in relation to the child’s development; particularly childhood myopia, astigmatism and lazy eyes (amblyopia). If you are seeking expert opinion on vision-related learning challenges, special needs and/or vision therapy,  please choose Functional Vision Evaluation instead. Please bring along your child’s health booklet (if any) and/or referral letter from the School Health Service / Health Promotion Board (if any). If your child is eligible for the CDA/Baby Bonus Scheme, please bring your CDA card (You must have your PIN) if you wish to choose this mode of payment.

Book and Pay for Therapy via Health Insurance Make therapy simple with seamless insurance billing. We accept payment through approved health insurance providers, including Freedom Health Insurance, so you can access support without upfront costs. Our team will verify coverage, outline any excess or authorisation requirements, and guide you through scheduling your sessions with confidence.

Since all appointments are performed on a remote basis, we ask that you upload your tax documents at least 2 to 3 days prior to your appointment. We allow 1 hour for reviewing your tax return with you, even for a "non-complex" return, as we provide overall planning for decreasing your tax liability for the following year and discuss other financial topics you come prepared to discuss with us. Important Notice!!! Please be prepared to pay tax fees out of pocket at the time of your service. Fees must be submitted along with documentation. Return preparation will not begin until payment is received and ALL documentation has been uploaded. Individual tax returns (not including Schedule C for self-employment income/expenses or rental property) begin at $415. Need MUA to come to you? Ground travel is an additional fee of $100 and up based on a 20 mile radius. Out of state/country appointments require airfare and is the responsibility of the client to secure for MUA. Travel is only for Bridal Appointments and must be for bridal parties of 4 or more. Arrangements for all travel must be discussed over phone. All travel fees must be paid in full, in advance at time deposit is remitted. Airfare and ground transportation must be secured at least 60 days in advance. Consultation required BEFORE booking.

This Consultation includes any services for bride, bridesmaids, mother of bride/groom etc. and does have a $35 fee (please see consultation to book). All Bridal services require a 30 day advance booking. Holiday and after hours needs will require an additional fee. A signed contract and deposit is required in order to secure date. 

Private lessons include skincare, color matching, eye shadow application, eyelash application, brows, contour/highlight etc. Lessons require a $75 non-refundable deposit. Total cost of service is $300. Final balance is due at time of service. Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of securing appointment or appointment will be canceled. Deposit is non-refundable. Any appointment booked within 24hrs of desired appointment time will require a $25 last minute appointment fee. Lessons can be held virtually using Zoom.
