This appointment is a structured session, after your First Evaluation, where you work with one of our Biokineticists. The session includes targeted exercise to restore strength, mobility and function and exercises on the Cybex (if indicated). We will guide and adjust movements to ensure safe and effective rehab.

Online video consultation either through Team/Zoom and follows a similar assessment process as a follow-up evaluation. Usually this consultation is booked when patients live far and can't come in every few weeks for evaluation.

One of our Biokineticists or Interns will run through your provided exercise program with you, to ensure that you are comfortable with all the exercises and can perform them with proper form.
