Let’s first get to know each other and discuss your goals and motivations in about 20 min. While I assess your level of Spanish, you can ask me about myself and my teaching, and find out if the chemistry is right.  Then experience how my lessons are in a 40 min trial 1-to-1 lesson. “Will Gon’s lessons be fun? Easy to follow? What about the quality of video, sound, and content?”… Answer your doubts and judge for yourself if what my students say about me is true. 60 min in total without compromise.  (Only bookable once per student).

Nous faisons le point sur la mise en pratique du Programme personnalisé : ce qui a fonctionné, vos sensations, votre ressenti.Nous adaptons le programme si besoin et réévaluons vos objectifs.

Our Krav Maga group classes are provided most nights of the week and are structured to ensure that students of all skill levels and fitness are catered for.
