Counselling Session - 60 Minutes If you’re feeling anxious, stressed, burned out, or facing challenges in relationships, counselling offers a safe, supportive space to talk. I’m an experienced, accredited counsellor providing one-to-one sessions in a quiet, private residential setting where you can speak openly, feel heard, and explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I support people with anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, and challenges with confidence or self-esteem, and can help you develop practical tools to build confidence, strengthen resilience, and gain clarity. Sessions move at your own pace, and I may provide helpful resources during sessions and by email afterwards. You are welcome just as you are.  

This is a programme of six 60-minute coaching sessions  in a supportive, non-judgemental environment, with ongoing email support and resources provided throughout the programme. Please book the initial session online and we can then schedule the remaining sessions during our first session.Payment options available.
