Diese Belastungen können Verspannungen, Verklebungen oder Verkürzungen der Faszien und Muskeln verursachen, die Deine Flexibilität und Mobilität einschränken. Unbeachtet können solche Disbalancen langfristig zu Schmerzen führen – doch das muss nicht sein. Mit der ganzheitlichen Faszien- und Triggerpunkt-Massage möchte ich Dich begleiten, gezielt Verspannungen oder Verklebungen im Fasziengewebe zu lockern und die Regeneration sowie die "range of motion" Deines Bewegungsapparates zu fördern.
