Het is een vorm van " meditatie in beweging" die voor iedereen toegankelijk is, ongeacht leeftijd of conditie. Een moment voor jezelf, een leermoment voor mij.Shiatsu wordt vaak 'acupunctuur zonder naalden' genoemd.
