Beginner basketball training sessions at C-ROB Athletics are designed to build a strong foundation in fundamental skills, confidence, and game understanding. Ideal for athletes in Kindergarten through 6th grade, these sessions are led by one of Crystal Robinson’s personally trained and vetted trainers. The focus is on essential techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, and basic defensive concepts in a fun, encouraging, and structured environment. Each athlete receives personalized attention and coaching tailored to their current skill level and learning style. While Crystal Robinson oversees the overall program and training curriculum, she may occasionally drop in on sessions to meet the athletes, observe their development, and offer words of encouragement. The goal of beginner training is to equip young athletes with the core skills and mindset they need to progress confidently into higher levels of competition.
