Que vous soyez en train de concevoir, enceinte ou sur le chemin de la parentalité grâce à la PMA, la première séance est essentiellement basée autour d'un échange. Lors de ce rendez-vous, nous ferons connaissance et je recueillerai des informations concernant vos besoins afin de définir votre objectif de travail et créer votre parcours d’accompagnement personnalisé. 

Au cours de chacune des séances, je m’emploierai à vous offrir un cadre bienveillant et sécurisant vous permettant de pratiquer la sophrologie sereinement.Lors de nos séances, nous pratiquons des techniques sophrologiques en lien avec vos besoins et votre objectif : relaxation dynamique, exercices de respiration, sophronisation etc.

A travers des séances personnalisées, empreintes de bienveillance et de douceur, je vous propose un accompagnement sophrologique adapté à vos besoins, que vous soyez en train de concevoir, enceinte ou sur le chemin de la parentalité grâce à la PMA.
