In this free 20 minute introductory coaching session, perspective new clients will have the chance to talk with me about their needs and we will decide if we are a good fit for working together.

In this one hour coaching session via phone, video chat, or in person, Aleksandra will discuss and design a plan that will help you reach your specific goals. For example if you are looking to detox, work on your food addictions, loose weight, help your family to eat more healthy, etc.. a strategy will be designed specifically for your needs. It usually takes few weeks or even a few months (depending on your goals) for your complete transformation. The next step will be to purchase a package of coaching sessions that you can use weekly or monthly. Aleksandra believes that coaching on a weekly basis is the fastest and easiest way for you to achieve your goals.
