Your first 1:1 session with me is a valuable opportunity to experience a personalized coaching or ideation for FREE. During this 40-60 minute session you will be introduced to my coaching approach and have the chance to receive answers to any questions. Part of the time we will dedicate to starting exploring your goal. By the end of the session you will have first insights in regards of your goal and we will agree on future collaboration.

Une séance découverte en coaching en développement personnel est une opportunité pour faire connaissance avec le coach et découvrir sa méthode de travail. C'est aussi un moment pour clarifier votre objectif, vos besoins et vos attentes. Le coach vous écoute avec bienveillance et vous pose des questions pour vous aider à prendre conscience de vos ressources et de vos freins. Il vous propose également des outils et des exercices adaptés à votre situation. Une séance découverte dure environ une heure et se déroule généralement par téléphone ou en visioconférence. Elle vous permet de vérifier si le coaching est fait pour vous et si le coach vous convient.

In this free 20 minute introductory coaching session, perspective new clients will have the chance to talk with me about their needs and we will decide if we are a good fit for working together.

In this one hour coaching session via phone, video chat, or in person, Aleksandra will discuss and design a plan that will help you reach your specific goals. For example if you are looking to detox, work on your food addictions, loose weight, help your family to eat more healthy, etc.. a strategy will be designed specifically for your needs. It usually takes few weeks or even a few months (depending on your goals) for your complete transformation. The next step will be to purchase a package of coaching sessions that you can use weekly or monthly. Aleksandra believes that coaching on a weekly basis is the fastest and easiest way for you to achieve your goals.
