Die Gruppen-Buchungsfunktion.Mit der individuellen Funktion "Gruppenbuchungen" ermöglicht das System ganz einfache Gruppen-Termine. - Eine Person kann mehrere Termine für sich und andere buchen. Wie viele Termine zur gleichen Zeit gebucht werden können, ist über die Dienstleister-Einstellungen festgelegt. (Sie finden diese über "Verwalten" - "Dienstleister") Hier lautet die Einstellung "Wie viele Kunden können zur selben Zeit bedient werden?" und der Standardwert ist bei "1" festgelegt. Somit kann auch insgesamt nur ein Termin, von einer Person, zur gleichen Zeit gebucht werden. Eine Gruppenbuchung erfordert somit immer die Erhöhung des Wertes. In diesem Beispiel ist der Dienstleistung "Gruppen-Buchung" ein Dienstleister zugewiesen, welcher 10 "Kunden zur gleichen Zeit bedienen kann".*Wenn einer Dienstleistung mehrere Dienstleister zugeordnet sind, beachtet das System die Werte von allen Dienstleistern zusammen.Hilfe-Center Beitrag: https://help.simplybook.me/index.php/Group_Bookings_custom_feature/de 

Gleichzeitige Buchungen/Personenanzahl unabhängig von anderen Einstellungen beschränkenMit der individuellen Funktion "Buchungen beschränken" ermöglicht das System die Anzahl der Buchungen zur gleichen Zeit zu beschränken. - Unabhängig der bestehenden/generellen Limits.In diesem Beispiel sind allen Dienstleistungen im Demo-Bereich ein Dienstleister zugeordnet. Dieser Dienstleister kann 10 Buchungen für den gleichen Zeitslot anbieten bzw. "10 Personen zur gleichen Zeit bedienen" . Die "Buchungen beschränken"-Funktion bietet nun folgende Möglichkeiten:- Generelles Limit: Direkt in den Einstellungen der individuellen Funktion kann ein generelles Limit festgelegt werden. Stellt man hier "Maximale Buchungen zur gleichen Zeit" auf z.B. "8" dann können generell nur 8 Slots zur gleichen Zeit gebucht werden. - Mit einer Ausnahme: Über den Admin-Bereich können manuell noch weitere Slots für jeden Zeitslot vergeben werden. Hierbei berücksichtigt das System das Limit der Dienstleister-Einstellungen und wie viele Kunden dieser "zur gleichen Zeit bedienen" kann. Das heißt in unserem Beispiel: 8 Termine für den gleichen Zeitslot können von Kunden über die Buchungsseite gebucht werden (Aufgrund des "Buchungen beschränken"-Limits) und darüber hinaus 2 weitere manuell über den Adminbereich (Aufgrund des Limits des Dienstleisters von 10 Kunden zur gleichen Zeit).- Nur eine Dienstleistung beschränken: Wenn man die generellen Einstellungen mit dem Wert 0 belässt, gilt kein generelles Limit. Über die Verwaltung der Dienstleistungen findet sich der Reiter "Weitere Optionen". Hier kann die Anzahl der maximalen Buchungen zur gleichen Zeit nur für eine bestimmte Dienstleistung festgelegt werden. In diesem Beispiel ist die maximale Anzahl der Buchungen zur gleichen Zeit auf "5" und die minimale Anzahl der Buchungen zur gleichen Zeit auf "2" festgelegt.
