This workout will challenge your full body, focusing on both push and pull exercises you can perform in a bootcamp environment; as well as lower body exercises. Each program is written with balance in mind, meaning while we work the anterior of your body (the front- front deltoids, chest, quads, biceps etc), we don’t neglect the posterior (back- rear deltoids, traps, rhomboids, latissimus dorsi, glutes, hamstrings etc) and lateral (side- lateral deltoids, abductors etc) sides of the body. Everyone’s favourite class because there is no cardio involved!

A crowd favourite! Boxing is the perfect blend of getting that frustration out and having fun at the same time. This class usually involves the basic punches and some sneaky combinations. It’ll get your heart rate up and you wont even realise that you’re actually doing “cardio” because it’s that fun!

A killer session that will most likely fry your legs. Learn basic kicks and how to hold a kick shield. Enjoy kicking the kick pads as hard as you can, to get some of that frustration out, as well as have fun training with new friends!
