Beginner Pilates mat course includes:

Basic Principles

Mobilisation of spine

Mobilisation of shoulders and hips

Initial strengthening if abdominals

This is a slower pace class. Each week all movements will be explained step by step and each week there will be new exercise added. By the end of the course you should have a good understanding Basic Pilates Principles. You should also start feeling it Benefits.

Bring your own Mat, water, small towel. 

This is an Open level class, from advanced Beginner and beyond.

The class is meant to be a dynamic workout through the entire body, Strength & Tone! Expect use of small equipment such as Pilates mini ball, resistance band or small weights to add on some challenge.

Beginner Reformer is great for someone who haven't done Pilates before or have done Mat Pilates previously. 

We strongly recommend to our Clients Beginner Reformer class to begin with in Return to Life Pilates Studio. 

Expect slower paced class aimed to teach you basics Pilates techniques. Learn how to work and "workout" with the Pilates apparatus in different ways, safely. Focus on awareness, breath, control.  Learn new moves and sequences, train your brain, improve your memory and cognitive function. 

Reformer Pilates is your full-body workout that will work on strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance whilst targeting the 'power house' muscles.

- 30-45 minute cardio based high intensity workout

- Through the use of Concept 2 Rowers, Skiers, Bikergs, assault bikes and bodyweight movements we create a high intensity class which challenges you as an individual. Each class is designed in a way to accommodate and challenge everyone no matter their previous gym experience. 

- We use polar heart rate monitors which show us live data that tracks calorie burn, heart rate and training zones

Must bring own Basketball & other equipment if required eg. Cones etc.
