Together with your practitioner, you will create a workable plan for achieving your health goals and begin with small changes in diet and lifestyle for your wellbeing. Your practitioner may prescribe herbal or nutritional support as needed. A good foundation of health requires adequate nutrition for your individual lifestyle, health strengths and challenges. Please bring any recent blood tests with you for your first consultation. 

Your follow up consultation continues to unravel your individual relationship to health. Together with your practitioner you will assess your progress towards your health goals & consider bringing in further strategies for enhancing your improving health. You will look at changes in energy, sleep patterns, symptom management & personal wellbeing. Prescription of current nutritionals may be changed or continued & herbal or homeopathic medicinal support considered to support your changing health goals. Small or significant diet & lifestyle tweaks will continue to be supported depending on your time frame, current health & determination.

Existing patients are invited to book in for a short consultation over the phone in situations where flare-ups of their condition or acute infections are affecting their wellbeing. Colds, cases of flu, digestive disturbance, or urinary infections may be effectively treated with prompt naturopathic care. Your practitioner will prescribe remedies to help limit the duration of your symptoms and encourage your full recovery to health with appropriate rest, nutritional and herbal support. Completing a period of post-illness follow up strengthens your resilience and reduces the occurrence of relapse.

Our Prenatal Care Appointments provide comprehensive obstetric care and address general pregnancy-related conditions, including early first trimester sonograms. The initial pregnancy visit, including the first sonogram, is $200.00, with follow-up visits at $100.00 each. New patients must present a photo ID and register their details online. NHI patients should provide their NIB#. A $20.00 surcharge applies for no-shows or late cancellations within one hour of your appointment.
