This 30-minute appointment is reserved for administrative tasks requested by the client. It is not a traditional talk therapy session, but a dedicated time for the counsellor to complete clinical documentation such as summaries, letters, or forms. During this time, the counsellor may also: 1. Prepare or review relevant client paperwork 2. Contact you for clarification or additional information, if needed 3. Obtain informed consent when applicable Please note: Booking this time ensures that the counsellor can prioritize your request and provide accurate, timely documentation. Fee Guidelines Based on the 2016 BCACC Fee Schedule: Filling out ordinary printed forms – $120.00 Short one-page letter (e.g., for a lawyer, insurance representative) – $120.00 Short summary of facts (includes symptoms, history, diagnosis, present condition) – $120.00 Summary report with expert opinion (includes prognosis, potential consequences) – $120.00 Photocopying of records (8 ½ x 11") – $0.25 per page If you are unsure what type of documentation you need or whether this is the right type of appointment to book, please feel free to reach out for clarification at 778-788-2105.
