Lors de ce rendez-vous, nous faisons un point sur les changements entrepris et ce que vous avez pu en ressentir sur tous les plans : physique, psychique, émotionnel. Selon le cas et vos ressentis, il est aussi possible de revoir vos besoins, de suivre leur évolution et de continuer ensemble vers ce chemin de santé holistique grâce à de nouveaux conseils et, le cas échéant, un programme complémentaire.

Durée : 1h30 à 2h Objectif : motifs de consultation ; anamnèse ; enquête alimentaire ; bilan énergétique ; diagnostic chinois ; bilan nutritionnel ; conseils hygiène de vie adaptée ; conseils alimentaires précis, individuels et adaptés au bilan de diétothérapie.Lors de ce premier rendez-vous, nous ferons le point sur les raisons du choix  de cette consultation spécifique et les motifs de santé pour lesquels vous consultez. Tout comme l’anamnèse en naturopathie, en diétothérapie chinoise nous explorons dans un premier temps l’ensemble des sphères organiques afin de déceler les déséquilibres du corps. Pour mieux vous connaître et comprendre les causes qui vous ont amené à consulter en diétothérapie, nous échangerons aussi sur votre mode de vie, vos aspirations, vos activités, vos besoins et sur votre alimentation afin de définir plus précisément les principaux axes de cette diététique du juste équilibre et de la longévité.   Grâce à ce premier entretien, vous aurez un premier bilan énergétique chinois répondant aux motifs pour lesquels vous souhaitiez consulter. Vous repartirez avec mes conseils généraux et les changements nécessaires à mettre en place, à votre rythme. Sous 72 heures, je vous envoie, par écrit (mail), votre diagnostic chinois détaillé associé aux choix alimentaires à adopter afin de nourrir les organes défaillants identifiés, rétablir l’équilibre Yin-Yang et retrouver toute votre force vitale, le Qi. Je vous précise également sous quel délai un rendez-vous de suivi sera nécessaire après que vous ayez mis en pratique les conseils de diétothérapie et ainsi de suivre l’évolution des vos ressentis et besoins.
