Jivamukti Open Class welcomes practitioners of all levels. You work at your own pace, following the teacher’s verbal as well as hands-on guidance. Asana options will be provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. In this class, students are invited to explore a monthly focus based on yogic philosophy, expand their horizons both physically and intellectually, while great music supports the focus of the class.

Medium Vinyasa class follows the same basic structure as the Easy class, with a slightly more dynamic pace and introducing medium level asana.

A coffee catch-up is a relaxed, informal chat where we can catch up on life, chat about non-gym-related stuff, or talk about your fitness journey if you’d like. It’s a great opportunity to connect outside of the gym, usually over a tea or coffee, in a more casual setting. Perfect for a balance of fun conversation and checking in on how things are going!

Our check-in service helps clients track their fitness progress by measuring body fat, weight, and other key metrics. It offers regular updates on fitness goals, allowing adjustments to training and nutrition plans for optimal results.

Im Rückentraining werden die zwei Aspekte Kräftigung und Mobilisierung miteinander verbunden. Das Rückentraining ist für jeden und jedes Alter sinnvoll und geeignet, egal ob Sie bereits Schmerzen haben oder diese vorbeugen möchten. Für eine aufrechte und schmerzfreie Körperhaltung bedarf es einer starken und gesunden Rückenmuskulatur, die den Rumpf stützt und die Wirbelsäule mit den Bandscheiben entlastet.

Yin Yoga ist ein intensives Stretching. Hier geht es weniger um Dynamik als mehr darum, sich den Übungen hinzugeben und gänzlich in ihnen zu entspannen. Die Übungen werden vordergründig im Sitzen oder Liegen ausgeübt und mehrere Minuten gehalten. Durch dieses Verweilen, werden das fasziale Gewebe, die Knochen und die Gelenke wirkungsvoll erreicht.

Beim Zirkeltraining handelt es sich um ein vielseitiges Ganzkörpertraining, das Kraft, Ausdauer, Schnelligkeit, Beweglichkeit und Koordination trainiert. Es umfasst mehrere Stationen, an denen für eine bestimmte Zeit oder Anzahl an Wiederholungen trainiert wird. Neben dem effektiven Training, das das Muskelwachstum fördert wird der Stoffwechsel angeregt und die Fettverbrennung bleibt noch lange Zeit nach der Trainingseinheit erhöht.

In this session, the focus will be on the feet, legs, hips, low back, upper back, buttocks, arms, hands, and shoulders. The whole body is addressed and includes full body contact. (Massage is done in the nude. No sexual release.)
