Your workout plan will be closely monitored by Jolie to make sure you are making progress toward your goals.  $55 per 0-60 min session $70 per 61-90 min session

Jolie will write a 4 week workout plan and send it to you to complete on your own. All custom workout plans include a 30 minute initial assessment so that Jolie can meet with you to discuss your goals and tailor your plan to help you reach them. Plans also include weekly progress check-ins. $125.00
