Im Rahmen eines Probetrainings erhalten Interessierte die Möglichkeit, das EMS-Training kennenzulernen. Das Training dauert ca. 20 Minuten und wird durch eine geschulte Fachkraft begleitet. Dabei wird ein Symbiont-EMS-Anzug getragen, der über elektrische Impulse die Muskulatur stimuliert.Ablauf: – Anamnese und Zieldefinition – Einweisung in den EMS-Anzug und die Technik – Durchführung eines vollständigen EMS-Trainings – Kurze Nachbesprechung Ziel des Probetrainings ist es, das Trainingskonzept zu vermitteln und festzustellen, ob EMS-Training individuell geeignet ist.

This 45-minute exercise class is hosted every Tuesday and Thursday by DDP Yoga Certified Instructor, Bryan Durren. Bryan teaches the DDP Yoga techniques that helped him lose weight, gain strength/flexibility & reduce pain; all with minimal joint impact. The program is good for all ages, fitness and experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel.
