Each time slot can only accompany one apartment. No more that 2 residents will be able to occupy the facility at one time.Please, DO NOT rearrange the gym equipment, or remove any closed signs. It has been properly spaced out according to the administered safety guidelines. Please be aware that approval of this request does not guarantee specific equipment in the fitness center. Office staff has the authority to determine if guests are adhering to rules and regulations. Anyone not following rules will lose fitness center privileges.All persons involved must adhere to the rules and regulations, and will be responsible for leaving the fitness center in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Adults are responsible for monitoring the proper conduct of minors during your scheduled gym time.It is strongly recommended to continue to practice social distancing. This class is a 60 minute cardio bootcamp class, designed to help you get stronger, faster, build endurance, and improve your overall physical performance! It is also a great way to boost your metabolism and increase cardiovascular endurance. 

This is a 45 minute lower body strength class, designed to help you maximize your muscular strength and endurance, while promoting essential movement patterns. This class can be modified for any individual and is great for increasing your calorie expenditure and improving cardiovascular fitness! 

This class is designed to incorporate 20 minutes of functional strengthening with 21 minutes of stretching/mobility work. This will allow you to build foundational strength while optimizing flexibility in order to promote injury prevention and joint mobility.

Our Basic Firearms Training teaches you basic fundamentals of shooting. Stance, grip, sight alignment and trigger manipulation. $100 per hour 

There will be outdoor group circuit classes available for Richmond, VA and Arlington, VA. There will be scheduled throughout the month and will consist of numerous locations throughout the cities. Equipment will be provided. 

This service is available for clients who want to work with weights and gym equipment. Signing up for an in person session is the best way to practice/fix your form, learn the equipment and your limits, as well as gaining muscle strength. There will be options for signing up for packages.
