This class is a combination of Flying Pilates and Aerial Yoga, creating a blend of ideal aerial conditioning and stretching techniques for strength, stabilization, and mobility. All levels are welcome and experience is not required. Please wear clothing that covers your legs and form fitting is preferable. Drop in rates -non-members: $25PNF member rate: $20 or buy a 5 class pass non-members: $100PNF member rate: $90 pay at arrival. *Booking this class is an agreement of release of liability to the company.
