Fitness classes with a twist !

I’m a personal trainer who helps people improve their fitness and general day to day lives, by helping them understand relationship with food and other aspects of day-to-day life as well as going to the gym.

You and a friend(s) can come in together and train and give each other support 

We will sit down and go through your goals and reasons for your training.

This is a 60 minute 1:1 coaching session aimed at learning the basic barbell lifts to improve strength and body composition.

A 45 minute small group class focused on strength, endurance and metabolic conditioning.

Tijdens de intake les maken wij je wegwijs in het HZ Vitality Center. Tevens krijg je een gepersonaliseerd trainingsprogramma! Neem sportkleding mee, dan kunnen we direct aan de slag!

Is je schema verlopen? Boek dan een afspraak in om een nieuw schema te maken. 

Zin om zelf aan de slag te gaan? Boek 45 minuten aan tijd waarbij je kan werken aan je vitaliteit!
