On arrival,  you will be asked to complete a form, which will cover personal details, any health issues and your goal/ reason for the session. I.e. deep relaxation.The clinic will be peaceful and private. The setting will be to your comfort, usually, dimmed lights, nice aroma and calming music to help you ease into the session.  The practitioner will use hand positioning on or just above your body to balance the energy evenly, we call this alignment. Note: Reiki is non-intrusively, you remain fully clothed at all times)Alternatively, distance/remote reiki is ideal for those who are not based in the country or who are restricted in their ability to travel. In my sessions we will target any imbalances that you would like to focus on and if I'm drawn to any blockages in the session, I'll apply the appropriate symbols and energy to those areas, whether they are physical, emotional or past traumas. You may feel a difference in one session, depending how deep we need to go and how intricate the blockage is it may take a few sessions for you to feel aligned and rejuvenated. This session is remote, so that means you can be in your home and the practitioner can be in another location and send the healing to you. All is needed is an open mind, we can talk about this in our consultation and the Practitioner can send it to where it needs to go. You will need to provide information such as name, age, email address, any pain or any areas you'd wish to be focused on etc. Session also includes a 3-5 card guidance reading on what spirit wants you to focus on. This will be sent to your email with picture of cards and body map of what I have picked up in the reiki session.
