Our 6-week Anger Management Course is designed to help you understand and manage anger in a healthy, constructive way. Our Life Admin service offers practical, one-to-one help with the everyday tasks that often feel overwhelming. This includes support with forms, bills, budgeting, debt consolidation, appointments, letters, and other important paperwork.We work together to bring structure and calm to areas of daily life that may have become stressful or unmanageable — helping you regain control, reduce anxiety, and feel more organised and confident moving forward.Support can be provided in person or remotely, with flexible sessions tailored to your individual needs.£25 per hour - discounts for block bookings (you would be surprised how much can be done in 1 hour !)

If these requirements are not met, we will unfortunately be unable to provide the service.Be clean-shaven (within 8 hours) and ensure no facial hair interferes with the mask's seal. Bring your own mask and any additional PPE (e.g., hard hat, glasses, or ear defenders) for the fitting. Avoid smoking or vaping 1 hour prior.Refrain from eating or drinking (except for water) 15 minutes before the session.

If these requirements are not met, we will unfortunately be unable to provide the service.You must bring your complete full face kit with you, including all parts. Please ensure the mask is clean and has been decontaminated. Additional £50 charge will occur if the mask needs cleaning. Please be aware that if any parts need to be replaced in order to pass the respirator test, additional charges may apply.
