La evaluación incluye condiciones frecuentemente asociadas como hipotiroidismo, resistencia a la insulina, prediabetes, diabetes, hígado graso, inflamación sistémica y trastornos de la conducta alimentaria, entendiendo que muchas de estas son tanto causa como consecuencia de la obesidad.La consulta se apoya en una evaluación de composición corporal con bioimpedancia de última generación, de calidad hospitalaria, que permite analizar grasa corporal, masa muscular, agua corporal y otros indicadores relevantes de salud metabólica, función y longevidad.A partir de este diagnóstico, definimos una estrategia integral y personalizada que aborda la causa raíz del problema, ya que cuando estas causas no se atienden, el peso perdido suele recuperarse.
