We'll spend 15-20 minutes assessing your financial situation and determine whether our Financial Check-Up and Strategy Session is right for you. **This appointment will be conducted over the phone. You will receive a phone call at your scheduled appointment time. 

We will do a deep dive into your finances and create a strategy with actionable steps you can follow to achieve your financial goals. At the the end of the session you may be invited into our 1:1 financial coaching program to guide you through refining and executing your financial strategy. This appointment will be conducted over video through Google Meet. In-person appointments may be conducted at Ziggi's Coffee in Mead by special request.

Dit consult is de standaard sessie voor partners die actief willen werken aan hun seksuele intimiteit en communicatie. Deze duur is ideaal voor het bespreken van eenvoudigere of duidelijk afgebakende thema's, zoals een recent ontstaan verschil in verlangen of tijdelijke frictie in de seksuele communicatie. In de sessie gaan we dieper in op de (seksuele) relatie en gaan we samen op zoek naar antwoorden. Wees ervan bewust dat voor complexe of met elkaar verweven problematiek de 'Uitgebreide Consultatie' beter geschikt is.

Kies voor de 'Uitgebreide Consultatie' wanneer je/jullie bezorgdheden dieper en complexer zijn, en meer tijd vereisen voor een grondige aanpak. Dit is aan te raden bij:Complexe meervoudige thema's: Wanneer er meerdere seksuele problemen of verweven relatie-uitdagingen tegelijkertijd spelen.Traumaverwerking: Indien er seksueel of relationeel trauma uit het verleden meespeelt, is extra tijd nodig voor stabilisatie en diepgaande verwerking.Uitgebreide anamnese: U heeft/Jullie hebben een lange geschiedenis van bezorgdheden/problemen en er is meer tijd nodig om de volledige context en achtergrond te schetsen.De extra 30 minuten zorgen ervoor dat we grondig tot de kern kunnen komen, zonder tijdsdruk, en een duurzaam behandelplan kunnen opstellen voor complexe situaties.
