4hr mediation, including a 30 minute intake session per party, normally 1-3 days before the full day mediation.  We are very flexible on the mediation start times -  the system only lists 1 morning and 1 afternoon time, but we can change the start time to suit your needs. We are happy to do early morning/evening calls and short mediations.

Full day mediation, including 45 minute intake session per party, normally 1-3 days before the full day mediation.  The mediations can start from 8am, 9am or 10am. the system will show a 9am start but we can be flexible around that.

This is a 60 minute, slow-paced, vinyasa style flow with mix of intermediate and advanced poses that provide a challenge for the body and help calm the mind. This class offers longer-held poses with specific alignment and breath cues to allow you to go deeper into each pose. Modifications will be offered as needed. 

This class will guide you through energizing sequences with a dynamic mix of postures. It will allow you to release stress, while still building strength and gaining flexibility. You will leave feeling empowered. This is a moderate/vigorous intensity class, modifications will be offered as needed.

In this 60 minute class we’ll work up a sweat and challenge our muscles with interval style fitness the first part of class and finish with  stretching to work out the kinks.

Join us in our research lab. In this short in-person study, your child will watch videos of people playing with toys in different ways. Then, your child will play with the toys. We will examine whether your child plays with the toys like members of one group over another! This study examines children's preferences for in-group members. This study is short, easy, and lots of fun! Study takes place at: 2521 Amsterdam Avenue, New York, NY 10033

In this short Zoom study, your child will watch videos of a robot and a person pointing at the location of different toys. Then children will be asked to locate the toy. Children will also answer questions about the robot and the person in the videos.

In this online Zoom research study, your child will hear stories about different characters. Then your child will be asked questions about the stories they have heard. Participating takes 15-20 minutes. Theory of Mind is our ability to recognize that others may have different thoughts, beliefs, and emotions.

Prior to testing, all candidates must be cleanly shaven and abstain from eating, drinking, smoking and/or vaping for a minimum of 30 minutes. These aforementioned aspects will negatively affect the integrity of the test and will produce inaccurate results.Quantitative Fit Testing  Quantitative fit testing is used for any full face and/or tight-fitting respirator. It involves an instrument a ‘Portacount machine’ that measures the leakage around the face seal of the respirator and providing a numerical value called a fit factor. This fit factor then provides an indication as to whether the chosen respirator provides adequate seal protection for the individual.
