There will be outdoor group circuit classes available for Richmond, VA and Arlington, VA. There will be scheduled throughout the month and will consist of numerous locations throughout the cities. Equipment will be provided. 

This service is available for clients who want to work with weights and gym equipment. Signing up for an in person session is the best way to practice/fix your form, learn the equipment and your limits, as well as gaining muscle strength. There will be options for signing up for packages. 

If you're seeking extra soccer practice beyond your team sessions to improve technical skills related to passing, dribbling, shooting, and defending, Virginia Velocity's skill development training is the perfect choice. We view skill as how well a player works with their surroundings. We think that players improve the most when they practice in an environment that is like soccer, with teammates, opponents, and challenging tasks that push them to adapt and succeed. This session is for players born between 2015 and 2017.

Game training is all about helping children enhance their decision making on the field. If you're seeking extra game time to help improve the choices you make on the field, Virginia Velocity's game training is the perfect choice. Our training centers on all skills related to passing, dribbling, shooting, and defending. Through playing and interacting with diverse game scenarios, we require a player to perceive relevant cues and adjust decisions and actions based on changing game dynamics. We promote reflection and self-evaluation to improve decision-making skills within these games.This session is for players born between 2009 and 2011.

Our Free Play environments are a crucial and often forgotten cornerstone of youth development. Fridays at Virginia Velocity offer Free Play sessions, giving players the freedom to organize their own teams and create their own playing environment. Players choose the kind of game they want to play based on the space available, the players in attendance and the wishes of the group. Coaches are there to make sure that all players enjoy a safe environment and that all players' wishes are respected. This unstructured and player-driven playtime fosters creativity, imagination, and a sense of ownership over the game. Free Play allows players to experiment with new skills and techniques in a low-pressure environment, encouraging risk-taking and innovation. Free Play Fridays nurture intrinsic motivation, passion, and joy in soccer.This session is for players born between 2013 and 2016.
