She trained at The University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and with highly esteemed LA vocal coach Dot Todman. In addition to her high level of technical expertise, she focuses on the psychological process of preparing the body, mind and soul for the best possible vocal performance. She has recently joined our team as a coach to offer vocal coaching and songwriting support.

3.5-6yrs old - 45 minutesThroughout class, mini yogis will learn new yoga poses that help develop important physical skills while also tapping into their imagination. Minis will also get a chance to build great social skills through games and group activities, and learn how to use their breath to calm their minds and bodies.

6-9yrs old - 50 minutesLil’ Yogis practice connecting new yoga poses together for short story based sequences, and play fun games that encourage memory recall, strategy, and teamwork! This class dives deeper into the physical aspect of yoga (which muscles are being used/body awareness) as well as different mindfulness ideas and practices.

10yrs old and up - 50 minutesThis class focuses on longer yoga sequences, linking breath to movement, and deeper mindfulness and meditation practices. The hOMies class gets kiddos moving, and is a great outlet for expression and reflection outside of school and competitive sports.
