In this group class we will go through a fluid spin pole combo. Think slow transitions, being mindful of all the little movements and awareness of our entire body all whilst creating beautiful shapes. We will be unifying ourselves with the pole. Each individual participant can choose their favorite dishes.So every person joining can choose one of the first dish, one of the curries, and one of the additional main dish.
