Life coaching sessions last approximately one hour.  I use a number of techniques such as PSYCH-K, Emotional Code or we may do a hypnosis session.  The content of the session is determined by your goals, your preferences and my assessment of which of the tools would be best suited for the work we are doing.  Sessions are conducted on Skype, FaceTime or Zoom.
