Book in for your FREE 45 min consultation with Stuart at Trek & Climb Fitness. This will be done as a video call via Google Meets (or Zoom if needed)The aim of the consultation is to get to know each other a little better, find out what your goals are and how we can work towards them. This will also be a time where I can go over my services and a great opportunity for you ask any questions in regards to training / fitness. Consultations aren't compulsory to start training with Trek & Climb Fitness but they can help find out more information about your fitness goals.

This is a 30-45 min video call for current clients to catch up with myself, talk about how you are getting on with your training and if you have any struggles or issues to discuss. Booking slots are 1 hour but will the calls will only need to 30-45mins maximum. These can be booked every month. Calls will be done over Google Meets and when you book in for your call, I will then set up and send out a Google Meets invitation.

Zodra het weer verantwoord is om de proeverijen door te laten gaan zullen we ze opnieuw inplannen en kunnen de proeverijen weer geboekt worden. Deze weg naar binnen is de weg van de thee. Elke donderdag om 19:30 is er een meditatieve theesessie op de zolder van Het Theezaakje voor iedereen die een rustpunt zoekt in de week en tijd wil maken om even helemaal niets te doen. Het is een meditatieve bijeenkomst waarbij we in stilte zitten en thee drinken en een rustmoment creëren om de rest van de week nog wat gedaan te krijgen.

Sports massage can be used pre-event to prevent injuries by preparing the body for athletic activity. It can also be used post-event to help the body recover.
