This is a 3 pack session. This service starts with a relaxing foot soak in an herbal tea blend while sipping a cup of herbal tea. It is followed by a soothing foot reflexology massage to promote self-care. Gentle pressure is applied to specific reflex points to stimulate the nerves, promoting calmness and healing. This treatment can help relieve stress and ease minor ailments.

Service Description:This deeply restorative service begins with a relaxing foot soak in a warm herbal tea blend, designed to calm your senses and ground your energy. As you sip on a nourishing cup of herbal tea, your body begins to unwind, preparing you for deeper healing.Next, enjoy a soothing foot reflexology massage, where gentle pressure is applied to specific reflex points that correspond with various organs and systems in the body. Rooted in holistic healing traditions—such as reflexology, Bioneuroemotion techniques, and mind-body energy work—this practice supports the belief that unresolved emotions, suppressed feelings, and past traumas can manifest as physical discomfort or illness. By working on these pressure points, we begin to restore energetic flow, inviting emotional release and physical ease.Following the massage, you’ll be immersed in an affirmation sound bath, infused with frequencies that align with your subconscious mind. As you relax, your mind becomes more open and receptive—an ideal state for affirmation rewiring. In this space, we gently guide you through my unique Affirmation Recoding Process, which is grounded in subconscious mind techniques and emotional energetics. Together, we identify limiting beliefs that may be tied to stored emotional patterns within the body. Through intentional affirmations, you’ll begin to reprogram these beliefs using a blend of guided visualization, sound healing, and gentle tapping on key energy points—activating neuro pathways and aligning the mind with the heart and body. The session concludes with an intuitive self-love empowerment practice, where you’ll reconnect with your inner truth, step into your power, and rewrite the narrative you’ve been telling yourself. It’s a journey from self-sabotage to self-compassion—one that nurtures your soul, activates your personal truth, and supports you in living from a place of alignment and purpose. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more empowered—having not only relaxed your body but also planted new seeds of truth in your subconscious mind that support your healing, confidence, and self-worth.
