In this group beach volleyball lesson you'll begin to sharpen your skills, learn proper footwork, and start to implement doubles strategy. Each class begins with a series of dynamic exercises that not only prepare athletes to play but also condition them in a volleyball-specific way to help their game in the long run. Followed by strategic group drills that focus on passing, setting, and hitting.
