This package is for ages 6-12, and includes a lift ticket, equipment rentals, a helmet and a 1 hour Group lesson.

Each 60-minute session focuses on targeted grade-level academic standards tailored to prepare children for kindergarten or address remediation needs for kindergarten-age learners before advancing to first grade. Foundational skills include early literacy, numeracy, fine motor skills, and social-emotional readiness. Lessons are customized to meet your child’s individual needs, ensuring they gain the confidence and abilities to thrive in their academic environment. The child will be actively moving and playing during this session. Kickstart your morning with YOGA ☀️Rise & Shine Yoga is a great way to begin your Monday. Bring awareness and connection to your breath through movement.Set an intention for class and your day ahead, and raise your heart rate developing strength, flexibility, and focus. This class will offer a challenge and encourage you to listen to your body.ALL levels welcome.

Please join Brittany for a balanced Yin Yang Yoga practice mixing the dynamic and restful elements of yoga. A blend of two styles of Yoga into one practice. ☯️ Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer. It works on the connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga refers to a more active practice and is a rhythm of fluid movement. This works on the muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. This is a great evening practice, wishing you to leave with energy aligned and feeling calm and grounded. 

Yoga Flow will be a mixture of breathwork and energizing movement. It will begin with gentler movements to warm up the body then move into a progressively challenging sequence. That may include standing poses, balances, and a peak pose. The class will end with slower movements, deep stretches, and a rewarding final relaxation (savasana).
