One of the most important things a player can do to improve their game. It is up to you to be a good shooter and getting those reps is gold. You can utilize any of the features on the Dr. Dish Ct+ during this 30 minute window. You can use this entire time for just one player (recommended) or use the multi-player mode for up to 5 players. It is recommended to use this machine for only 1-2 players at a time to get the most out of your session. No matter what you decide, the total cost for the 30 minutes is $25. Not recommended for young players that struggle to get the ball up to a 10 foot hoop. They must be strong enough to shoot the ball over the net of the shooting machine. If this is your first time using these machines with Can't Stop Me Basketball Training, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get a brief overview. You will also need to have a completed Emergency Contact Form and Liability Waiver before you begin. You can complete this on site or print it out and bring it with you. This is a concrete floor used for many other events and activities. I do not recommend wearing your main basketball shoes as they will get dirty.
