This is a great starting point for your nutrition journey.  In this 60-minute session, you and Sarah, our Level 4 qualified Nutrition Coach, will discuss your existing nutrition, your health and fitness goals and how you might make simple adjustments in order to achieve them. A bespoke report will follow in the days after your consultation to set out what was discussed along with recommendations and ideas to implement to best achieve your goals through food.This consultation can stand alone or be the beginning of working together with Benmore over a period of time.
