Le massage allongé amma est une technique de massage traditionnelle japonaise qui vise à éliminer le stress et les tensions, à améliorer le sommeil et à apporter une profonde relaxation et de l'énergie à l'ensemble du corps. Cette technique consiste en une série d'effleurements rythmés effectués sur une personne habillée et allongée sur la table de massage. L'enchaînement de pressions, d'effleurements doux et d’étirements  permet de retrouver sérénité et bien-être.

A private swimming lesson with one of our expert coaches. Suitable for absolute beginners to those who can swim a little and just need some personalized coaching.

This session is great for swimmers looking to improve technique or skills (e.g. turns or starts) to either be more efficient in the water to make your swimming a little easier, increase your speed for faster times or to prevent injuries that may occur due to poor technique. Multiple sessions are great for keeping on top of the swimmer with these changes or give time to work on a number of issues without overloading the swimmer in one session.

One of the most important things a player can do to improve their game. It is up to you to be a good shooter and getting those reps is gold. You can utilize any of the features on the Dr. Dish Ct+ during this 30 minute window. You can use this entire time for just one player (recommended) or use the multi-player mode for up to 5 players. It is recommended to use this machine for only 1-2 players at a time to get the most out of your session. No matter what you decide, the total cost for the 30 minutes is $25. Not recommended for young players that struggle to get the ball up to a 10 foot hoop. They must be strong enough to shoot the ball over the net of the shooting machine. If this is your first time using these machines with Can't Stop Me Basketball Training, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get a brief overview. You will also need to have a completed Emergency Contact Form and Liability Waiver before you begin. You can complete this on site or print it out and bring it with you. Please download the Dr. Dish App and create your account. You may also choose to watch the Dr. Dish Overview Video below if you have time. This is a concrete floor used for many other events and activities. I do not recommend wearing your main basketball shoes as they will get dirty. In order to provide access to these machines as soon as possible, the lines are currently drawn out using blue tape.
