We will practice less yoga poses in our slow power flow class. The pace is more meditative, bringing focus to your mind and body. We will hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath creating a little heat in each pose, instead of moving with each breath.

With all rental rates fuel, life vests, sunscreen, launching and loading of the watercraft is provided.  There is no need to tow the Jet Skis to the lake, that is provided with our service.  On each watercraft there is also a waterproof storage container provided to keep your cell phone and other personal items in.With every rental there is a $325 security deposit that is required.  The deposit can be made with a major credit, debit card, Zelle, and/or cash. The deposit is taken at the beginning of the rental and is refunded upon return of the watercraft at the end of the rental if brought back undamaged, excluding normal wear and tear.  In the rare occasion that damage does occur, the remaining balance will be refunded after the cost of repairs have been deducted.  If the damages exceeds the security deposit, you are fully responsible for any repair costs.**Renter is responsible for damages if there is any done at the time of rental.
