This service is for a double frontal installation, using two client-provided frontals and 1–2 bundles. One frontal is applied to the front hairline and the second to the back, both installed using professional adhesive. Shampoo and blowdry preparation are included. Bij de beoordeling van de schouder wordt gekeken naar de zogenaamde rotator cuff. De rotator cuff is de verzamelnaam van de spieren-pezen die aan de kop van de schouder aanhechten. Deze spieren spelen een belangrijke rol bij de stabiliteit van de schouder. Eventuele schouderklachten zouden veroorzaakt kunnen worden door afwijkingen van de rotator cuff. Daarnaast wordt de bicepspees bekeken, de slijmbeurs van de schouder en het AC-gewricht (gewricht tussen uiteinde sleutelbeen en schouderblad). Een onderdeel van dit onderzoek is dynamisch, wat wil zeggen dat er gekeken wordt hoe de beweeglijkheid van de rotator cuff is. Dit wordt live op het echoapparaat gecontroleerd.

Bij de echo scrotum wordt gekeken naar de testis (teelbal). Alle relevante structuren worden hierbij nagekeken, zoals de epididymis (bijbal) en de bloedvaten rondom de testis. Dit betreft een compleet onderzoek, dat wil zeggen dat er zowel naar de linker als de rechter zijde wordt gekeken.
