IMMERSE SUNRISE BREATHE & FLOW60 minutes to awaken your breath, still your mind, and move with intentionWe begin with 20-30 minutes of powerful Pranayama and Kriya techniques that help you connect deeply to your breath and create space within. STUDIO À CROISSY-BEAUBOURG (la Ferme du Pas de la Mule) + Cours à partir de 6 ans.Le cours d’Initiation est le prolongement et l’approfondissement du cours d’éveil. Ce cours conduit l’enfant vers une prise de conscience significative de son propre corps dansant. Durant cette période, les apprentissages s’affinent, les demandes se font plus précises.La dynamique du cours, par la variété et l’alternance des propositions, favorise notamment la structuration de l’élève dans l’espace, sa relation à l’autre, son ressenti corporel, son imaginaire, son attention, sa motivation et le respect collectif.La musicalité du mouvement y est développée ainsi que des expériences rythmiques variées et ludiques.
