Vous restez habillé(e) et confortablement installé(e) sur une chaise ergonomique. La séance se déroule en musique et selon les étapes suivantes :- allègement immédiat des tensions par des manœuvres de base anti-stress, - relaxinésie sur le haut du buste par des petits mouvements en apesanteur afin de bien relâcher les épaules et les bras,- étirements (stretch)- redynamisation en frictions rapide sur le dos.L'atelier en bref !Lieu : rendez-vous à SIGMA - 7E étage SALLE REPOSHoraires : à partir de 11h30.Nous restons à votre écoute. You will complete a series of questionnaires, of which 80% of you will be randomly assigned to fake your answers to appear as if you have either PTSD or depression symptoms. The rest of the participants will complete these questionnaires honestly. The top 10 participants in the faking conditions who are successful in faking PTSD or depression symptoms, without the personality test detecting your answers as fake, will be awarded $50.00.You will be paid $25 for participating in this study.
