Somerset Fire will be onsite starting 1 June, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, to carry out repairs on the internal fire seals in each unit.All occupants are required to provide access to their units for this work.If you require assistance in providing access on the scheduled date, please contact Cambridge Management Services at 0468 787 398.

Frontline Fire will be completing the annual door and smoke alarm inspections which will take no longer than 5 mins per apartment. Please allow 5 mins on either side of your booking time in case the contractor is running early/late. All occupants are required to provide access for this inspection, failure to do so will incur additional contractor cost which the unit occupant will be responsible to make payment of.
