Terri Butler MP makes her office facilities available for a Tax Help volunteer service during tax time from August to October.  This volunteer service is provided by the Australian Tax Office. The appointment will be held at 76 Old Cleveland Road, Greenslopes Q 4120. Parking is available at the rear via Laura Street.The ATO have asked people making an appointment to please: ensure you have a myGov account set up prior to your arrivalYou are also requested to bring the following (where applicable) with you to your appointment:Income statements, payment summaries and the final payslip of the financial year from all employersNotices of assessment from the ATOMedicare cardBank and financial institution statements showing interest receivedPrivate Health Insurance StatementIncome statements from super fundsDetails of income from Services Australia or Department of Veterans' AffairsReceipts for gifts, donations and work-related expensesDetails of any child support payments made3 or more identification documents such as Driver's Licence, Passport, Australian Birth Certificate, Recent correspondence from the ATO, Previous tax return not more than 5 years old, Centrelink CRN, Superannuation account statementIf you had a spouse - married or de-facto - at any time during the financial year, you also need to bring details of their taxable income, including any of their documents.  If you cannot find your spouse's exact taxable income, you will have to make a reasonable estimate of the amounts received by your spouse.
