As we prepare to launch the new KGMCA website, we’re making sure every school has strong, consistent visuals—including updated faculty headshots. The Moores School of Music will be part of this round, and we’ll be holding photo sessions for both new faculty and anyone who needs a retake.What to expect: These headshots are meant to professionally represent you on the new website and in official college materials. They’re not designed to be personalized portrait sessions or styled shoots—they’re straightforward, clean, and consistent across the college.We’re photographing over 150 people across the college, so each person gets one official photo. After your photos are taken, you'll review them on-screen and select your favorite right then and there. If you're signing up for a reshoot, this is your one opportunity to do so. Any additional retake requests after this round would need a specific reason and approval from marketing—and even then, you'd need to wait until the next full round (typically during new faculty onboarding). That means hair, makeup, and outfit should be good to go when you arrive. Wear a solid color top without logos or graphics.Our goal is to capture a professional, approachable image that aligns with the new website’s tone and reflects the excellence of the College of the Arts. Your participation and preparation are greatly appreciated! 

Private access to our photography studio in Vanderbijlpark (54 Vaalrivier street se4) for up to  hour.The studio currently features a 3m-wide white canvas backdrop and selected studio props and furniture for creative photoshoots.Suitable for portrait photography, family photos, maternity, newborn, fashion, content creation, boudoir, headshots and other creative shoots.Photographers must provide their own camera, lighting and other photography equipment, 2x studio softbox light is available to use.Coffee machine and water is available. Studio has blackout curtains. Has no changing room but has a Toilet available to do so.Secure parking.Please note: Booking time includes setup and cleaning. Late arrival does not extend the booked time. Exit time with extended 5min only of booking time. The person making the booking is responsible for their clients and any loss or damage during the booking.
