Varva ner under lunchen med ett mjukt yogapass som ger dig närvaro och lugn. Vi börjar med andningsövningar, fortsätter med enkla asanas (yogapositioner) för att mjuka upp i leder och muskler, skapa flöde, smidighet och styrka. Passen varierar från gång till gång. Varje pass avslutas med en skön djupavslappning.Vi träffas i en trevlig studio belägen på Kanalvägen 7 i Upplands Väsby (hos Friskvårdcoacherna) Kursledaren Olga är utbildad yogalärare i Sri Sri yoga sedan 2020 och Hormon Yin Yoga sedan 2022.Det finns möjlighet att köpa klippkort - 10 ggr - 1200 SEK, 5 ggr. - 675 SEK. Klippkort gäller 6 månader från inköpsdatum.

1 hour 1:1 initial session with our Physical Therapist who will perform a full assessment to determine the cause of your symptoms and develop an individualized treatment plan based on your goals. This session also includes treatment targeted toward your established goals and recommendations you can begin implementing until your next session. 

1 hour 1:1 treatment  sessions that are a follow up to the initial evaluation which includes education, manual techniques (soft tissue mobilization, IASTM, passive range of motion, and active release technique), and therapeutic exercises/activities to help decrease your symptoms and achieve your goals. Modalities such as heat/ice and the Normatec compression system may also be used during these treatments to decrease symptoms and to accelerate the healing process. 

30 min session focused on recovery and decreasing muscular restrictions of a specific area.  This is also typically followed by soft tissue mobilization to enhance recovery.
