廣東道 - HIIT
全稱High Intensity Interval Training (高強度間歇訓練)，短時間進行間歇交替的高強度運動，一般會做3-4組唔同的高頻率動作，程度較初級的人，可以由簡單動作開始，例如：提腿、波比跳(Burpees)、深蹲等，而運動能力較高的人，則可配合不同器材加入訓練，例如Kettle Bell、Medicine Ball，由於傳統中低強度帶氧運動，過長訓練時間會使肌肉流失，而HIIT 性質上較接近重訓，容易維持肌肉質量，另外，傳統中低強度帶氧運動，很多時候會使身體出現肌肉記憶，對訓練效果造成阻礙，而HIIT包含不同的運動元素，動作會達致全身運動的效用，故能減低身體的肌肉記憶，更重要係HIIT有後燃效果，能夠提昇身體新陳代謝率，所以非常適合減肥修身。

泰拳是泰國傳統搏擊技術，經過多年演變，現今已發展為一項全球普及的運動，教練會因應學員程度，安排進行各種泰拳訓練動作，例如：步法、拳招、踢腳、膝肘等攻擊及擋格、閃避等防守動作，個別程度較高學員，會進行練靶訓練(需自備拳套手帶)，由於泰拳的運動量很大，加上動作組合多變，除可以達到燃脂減肥外，亦刺激好玩，適合城市人減壓發洩。
