Ieder mens valt onder één of twee dosha's. Gedurende een Ayurvedische massage wordt de warme olie met zachte vloeiende strijkbewegingen aangebracht op het lichaam. Er wordt niet gefocust op het losmaken en diep masseren van spieren. In plaats daarvan worden de nadis (energiekanalen) en marmani (energiepunten) gevolgd en licht gestimuleerd. You’ll be covered with a sheet while lying on the massage table. The massage therapist will move the sheet to uncover areas that they are actively working on.
