At MainPlace Post Acute, we are committed to making sure that we provide the easiest and safest way for you to connect with your loved ones at our facility. Due to the pandemic, we have received strict guidelines on how to do this, but we are constantly improving our process for a better experience for our families.A couple things to keep in mind during your visit:We have many families wanting to visit, so please be respectful on the arrival and departure time. We have to limit time to 30 minutes in order to accommodate all of the needs.Please bring a face shield and face mask. There is a CVS near our facility that will have both of these items.If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to the administrator so we can quickly accommodate any concerns you may have.

In order to protect our staff and customers, our retail store will limit the number of customers allowed to 4 people inside at any given time. Thank you for your cooperation.Walk-Ins are allowed based on availability. Priority will be given to appointments at their scheduled times. NOTE: Face Masks are REQUIRED for entry. NO EXCEPTIONS.
